In preparation for the 40600-10 development baseline, continued to lead the team of engineers during integration and test of the 40600-10 system. Organized, prepared, and delivered a technical report as a CDRL item on TS-11 SRM which documented the differences in the software between the 40500 baseline and the 40600-10 baseline. This concluded the major effort on the TS-11 SRM project.With the ending of the CLS 2019 task order, incomplete work and scope from CLS 2019 was moved to the CLS 2020 project. On the CLS 2020 project, continued in duties as the CAM responsible for systems engineering control accounts, which included both initial project planning and regular reporting. As systems engineering lead, led a team of engineers to perform requirements and architecture definition for the 40600-10 revision 1 baseline. Concurrently, prepared the ECP for the 40600-10 (revision 0) baseline.

After promotion, continued performance as standards coordinator. Added duties as a RAMS engineer: Tracked KPIs on the Shadow UAS program, including availability, flight time, and failures during training events. Also ran the engineering spares demand model for the Gray Eagle UGCS program.In March 2017, transitioned to the OSRVT program. On PPSS 2017, documented requirements using DOORS, developed behavioral and structural architecture models using SysML in MagicDraw. On both the PPSS 2017 and CLS 2017 projects, and integrated and tested new features as well as performed regression tests using SpiraTest. On an extension to the CLS 2017 project, assessed customer's list of CCIs for RMF and transformed those applicable to system requirements. On the TS-11 SRM project, performed an early integration with Linux software. Worked requirements and architecture changes, and coordinated design-for-ilities and safety discussions between an initial and final PDR. Guided two other systems engineers in their own contributions to the project. Presented at the final PDR. On TS-11 SRM, added EV CAM duties to tasking.Subsequently transitioned to lead systems engineer of a team of 5 systems engineers on OSRVT CLS 2018 as well as CAM, completing final integration and qualification of the 40500-20 baseline. Primary author of the submitted and accepted ECP. After the completion of that project, became OSRVT lead systems engineer (two projects, CLS 2019 and TS-11 SRM) as the 40600-10 development baseline moves toward system integration and subsequent qualification (including CAM duties for both). Regarding the 40500 line, executed the short integration testing of an information assurance update, labeled as the 40500-30 baseline, as well as internal validation of the software upgrade procedure. Primary author of the update's ECP, submitted and accepted by the customer.

Co-author of the Universal Ground Control Station Systems Engineering Management Plan: Worked to establish a SEMP for the UGCS and then correlated processes to the individual sections within the SEMP.Cleaned up UGCS requirements: Worked as part of a team to understand and subsequently clean up and refine requirements levied both by external stakeholders on the UGCS and requirements levied by company-internal stakeholders on the UGCS. Most work done in Excel with requirements exported from and stored in DOORS.Performed similar work on the Core UAV Control System (CUCS) requirementsWhile performing cleaning tasks, interfaced with Lockheed Martin-Canada (CDL) to understand functionality.Collected and documented requirements for the CUCS for development programs for the Shadow, Gray Eagle, and Hunter UA platforms.Textron Systems's Interface Control Manager to the US Army PO UAS ICWG: Act in the role of representative to the ICWG body for issues regarding the inter-actor UAS interfaces, including defining and refining requirements, messaging, and data products across those interfaces. Also established tracing of requirements between versions of the IOP (Interoperability Profile) documents produced by the ICWG.As RAMS Engineer: Kept metrics on Gray Eagle GCS system availability and MTBF. Regularly updated FMECAs for the OSGCS, UGCS, and MGCS programs. Submitted FRACAS reports for LRU returns to Gray Eagle customer, identifying root cause, failure trends, and corrective action.
