• Serves as the subject matter expert on approximately 80% of the business operations; Manages up to 35 employees per shift, depending on the operation• Assigns various job tasks to employees that need to be done; Trains new hires; Collaborates with the Lost Prevention and Inventory teams• Prioritizes various projects, mentors others for success, and assists in the development of training tools; Handles the production of nametags and identification cards• Keeps track of the current inventory as well as loss prevention for these items; Listens to guest and employee concerns and creating service solutions• Reaches out to vendors for maintenance concerns or supply shortages; Requests security clearance for vendors to come on property; Works with management on improving operational processes

• Oversees the daily operations; Reports concerns to management; Ensures crew members are assigned to the various job tasks and that they are staying focused in their duties• Promotes safe work habits and correcting unsafe behavior; Manages company issued locks/lockers• Issues, creates, and replaces corporate identification cards and nametags; Creates, publishes and distributes Lost Identification Card and Nametag Reports• Coordinates with area managers for various projects; Provides maintenance on broken lockers; Oversees data management and digital archiving• Trains others in working in a specialized area; Checks accounts for accuracy and resolves discrepancies
