Lead Bartender, In charge of making sure all guests are properly taken care of. I occasionally work and run events in our very large space. I have cocktail served shows hosted at our venue as well. Duties include, opening and closing the bar, making sure the full bar is stocked, thoroughly cleaning around and under the bar, taking care of customers (Occasionally working the bar solo).

Deep cleaning around and under the bar as well as the restaurant area, making sure everything is stocked and all fruit is cut.
