I also consider myself very lucky to have had the opportunity to try out many other regions of the country. From Chicago to Atlanta to fast-paced New York City, I value all the experiences I have had and of course, all of the people I have met along the way.When I transitioned into this role of mortgage professional 14 years ago, I found my Bachelor’s Degree in Education helped me successfully work with first time home buyers, because I took the time to explain and educate buyers. I also learned there are key goals each client of mine wants to achieve when doing business with me.Goal number one: Does the loan officer understand my needs? I personally take the extra time to “listen” and “understand” each of my client’s needs through detailed fact finding. Goal number two: Will the loan get done? I have the ability to work with over 60 lenders to successfully place each loan. Goal number three: Will the lender communicate with me sufficiently so I ALWAYS know what’s going on? I have access to the most sophisticated software that the mortgage industry can provide. This software automatically pushes notifications when milestones are met throughout the entire process.
