In the Appeals Section, I performed administrative reviews of rejected Social Security applications. After determining whether the ALJ had committed a harmful error, I prepared a brief attempt to overturn the decision at the SSA Appeals Council.

I assisted the attorneys with every phase of complex environmental litigation, from pre-complaint investigations to fee petitions after winning a judgment in our clients' favor.

I analyzed appellate parties' Petition for Review and submitted a Petition Memo to the Justices with my concluding opinion on whether the Court should grant review.

I assisted the state Assistant Attorneys General in preparing legal defenses for a wide array of cases in both state and federal courts. My case load included: contract interpretation, wrongful termination, and constitutional civil rights.
