In the past 3 years, I have increased account reach by 495% and follower count by 93% (8,000 additional followers) by implementing new marketing techniques, graphics, and partnerships. I write, edit, and publish content shared on all social media platforms for Tiger Paws.

In my time with Hot Pink, I learned how to be customer focused and excel in attention to detail to promote a welcoming and organized shopping environment. I learned how to handle cash register transactions meticulously including credit, cash, exchanges, returns, and refunds to ensure seamless and accurate cash flow averaging 3k a day in revenue. I also learned how to anticipate customer needs and provided them with high quality and personable service while upholding store values to ensure customer satisfaction. My time at Hot Pink taught me the value of intentional connections with customers and how to represent a company's values through working a retail position.
