The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the student production crew scheduling system and various office duties. In cooperation with WKU Public Media staff, the Logistics Coordinator will schedule student production crew members for shoots (inside and outside of the studio) and events based on class schedules and skill sets. Using the existing scheduling system, the Coordinator will work to refine and make changes to the system for more effective and efficient management.Required skills: Detail oriented, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Google Calendar and Google Docs, Google Sheets, excellent written communication and grammar skills, dependable and a self-starter.Work with a multitude of people (student crew, producers, office managers, newsroom staff, engineers, and much more).

Serving at President of the Mu Iota Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota at Western Kentucky University. Presides chapter and executive board meetings, serve as presiding office in ceremony, appoint and lead committee planning.Lead chapter during period of immense growth. Chapter grew 270% in membership during period of my own membership. On the regional level, Mu lota was awarded with The Collegiate Chapter Achievement Award 2024 for outstanding fulfillment of national objectives. In addition, Mu lota was recognized nationally for their efforts and was presented with the Katherine Becker National Collegiate Chapter Achievement Award for 2024.

Manage accounts of the Mu Iota Chapter at WKU. Runs the social media accounts associated with the chapter. Designs posters, logos, member posts, event programs, and apparel for the chapter.Create financial plans for the chapter, coordinate with the National Executive Board, lead fundraisers, and collect dues and payments.
