The FBLA National Awards Program and competitive events prepare students for successful careers in business by providing opportunities to apply classroom concepts in a workforce-simulated competitive environment. Competitions reward excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas which are randomly assigned to a 2-student team in each competitions. Competition topics include topics such as Business Ethics, Business Financial Plans, eBusiness, Emerging Business Issues, Social Media Campaigns, across a wide variety of industries. FBLA competitive events also . Business Leaders of America is a nonprofit educational association for high school, and collegiate students who are interested in learning more about the free enterprise system. FBLA is a nationally recognized club in the United States of America.
