Contacted students who requested information regarding one of EDMC’s schools (The Art Institute or Brown Mackie College) to qualify the student, determining the next best step for them in the college decision making process. This provided customer service to the students, as well as the admissions staff at the different schools.

Pioneered the new initiative with EDMC by engaging in online text chats with students regarding their interest in the Art Institutes system of schools. Helped to develop new hire training, and successfully implement that training. Contacted several key areas of the schools, forming informative and important working relationships to provide the best possible information to the team, to ensure compliance and superior customer service.

Recruited students within a certain distance of various schools, ultimately garnering applications and class starts for several Art Institute locations.
