Tasked with maintaining the cloud environment, while ensuring the smooth deployment, upgrades and operation of all instances. The main focus of the role is on supporting the activities of various internal teams as well as addressing performance or availability challenges along the way. Key activitiesCloud OperationsUtilize and improve the currently developed automation to deploy, configure and maintain the cloud services. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate their work by managing the containers' lifecycle and addressing any issues with the infrastructure. Perform product installations and upgrades, and occasionally communicate with IT specialists on the customer side to discuss the more complex setups. An essential part of the job is to work closely with developers to gain insight into the requirements, installation steps, and runtime specifics of our software. This allows to investigate production issues reported by the Support team or by our monitoring system. MonitoringUtilize the deployed monitoring solutions to detect, investigate and take measures to address any performance or availability issues on the infrastructure. System administration Collaborate with the Infrastructure team in applying best security and administration practices, thus ensuring the smooth operation and integrity of all physical hosts, networking devices, containers, and virtual machines in our cloud. You will typically deal with Linux but there are also several Windows servers to take care of. - Building a team of employees and training them for the two roles in the unit - master data maintenance and purchasing.- Management of the timely and proper creation and maintenance of master data in SAP ERP for the purchased in Toplofikacia Sofia EAD materials and goods.- Management of the processes of timely creation in SAP ERP of records for the completed and planned purchases in the form of "purchase contracts" and "purchase orders" with full compliance of the records with the purchase documents (goods receipts, invoices and others).- Coordination and support for the accomplishment of the next stages in the business processes of procurement in SAP ERP and the timely closing and opening of material periods.- Definition of accompanying SAP ERP information environment that allows transfer of data about the purchases in real time and consequent fast searching for the related documents.- Preparation of proposals for changes and development/expansion of the defined in SAP ERP business processes connected with procurement.DUTIES OUTSIDE THE JOB DESCRIPTION 2017-2021Team leader "Logistics" in project for implementing SAP ERP+IS-U, responsible for MM (Materials Management) module.- Analysis of the business processes of the company and their connection with currently used software products. Definition of the data that should be migrated.- Preparation and validation of project blueprint.- Configuration of the system and testing.- Migration of data and go-live.- Maintenance and further development.
