I have worked for over 20 years as a firefighter working shifts and battling with my body's biology, struggling on just a few hours sleep each night. Almost 4 years ago I made multiple postive life changes, this started with addressing my sleep which transformed many areas of my life.I regularly experience joy and fulfillment with plenty of patience and positivity thrown in. So, I chose a new direction, one that led me to serve others and inspire them to become a better version of themselves.Many people in my life were struggling with poor sleep, feeling negative emotions and just felt frustrated and stuck (like I had). That's when I started listening to their experiences, understanding their pain and guiding them towards a new enriched life where sleep was the missing piece of the puzzle.Right now - I am focused on my mission, to help others create a life where their full potential is realised and sleep is the jam in the sandwich!!
