My name is Dan. I am a sleep coach and consultant. I coach adults struggling with sleep, go from tired, emotional and stuck to energised, peaceful and focused. I did not value sleep, as a firefighter working shifts and a Father to two young children, a consistent sleep pattern was not part of the job description! So I focused on changing my sleep, and in turn, it changed my life for the better.
