My name is Dan. I am a sleep coach and consultant. I coach adults struggling with sleep, go from tired, emotional and stuck to energised, peaceful and focused. Enabling them to become a better version of themselves, realising and reaching their potential.For many people (around 1 in 3) the effects of poor sleep is a daily battle. They struggle with sleep issues most nights, leaving them feeling unrefreshed, unmotivated, and unable to perform at their best. This was my story for over two decades. I did not value sleep, as a firefighter working shifts and a Father to two young children, a consistent sleep pattern was not part of the job description! So I focused on changing my sleep, and in turn, it changed my life for the better. Following helping many others to improve their sleep and my experiences of my clients to date, qualifications, extensive research and my own experience I have created a program which is personalised to help people whose sleep is impacting their health and wellbeing. The aim is to facilitate individuals finding a better life after sleep, where they can become their personal best, physically and mentally.
