CurrentIn my career I have always strived for personal and professional development, early in to my career with the fire service I was recognised for my leadership and management abilities. I undertook the relevant tests and training to develop leadership and management attributes, this enabled me to undertake promotion and to lead teams of fire-fighters and managers to resolve operational incidents and to train and support their personal development.
