Computational Biology Lab, Wang LabUnder co-supervision from Dr. Amrit Singh and Dr. Ying Wang, created a pipeline for benchmarking FFPE tissue sample quality, as well as identifying biases between low and high quality samples. Presented findings to various labs and collaborators.

Teaching assistant for DSCI 100 and STAT 200- Assist students in learning introductory statistics and data science concepts such as tidying/wrangling data, data visualization, and statistical testing. - Host weekly tutorials, designed to reinforce concepts learned from lectures.- Hold weekly office hours in person or through Zoom, answering questions from students 1-on-1.- Answer student questions on Piazza, an online educational forum for class discussion.- Mark/grade homework and exams submitted by students.

In a team of 5-6, collected and analyzed political data across the Canadian and American political spheres. Created API endpoints to connect customers with company collected data using SQL, Python, and AWS Lambda. Led a team of 3 in creating a full-stack web application which displayed Canadian federal data using TypeScript, VueJs, NestJs, and AWS hosting services. Helped develop a machine learning model to classify Canadian Federal Legislation using Natural Language Processing concepts and Scikit-Learn library in Python.
