The crisis project scope included managing a team of in-house, agency, freelance, and client team members to develop strategy and execute integrated tools and tactics – from community relations, direct mail, building microsites, social media, speaking, and media engagements. Provided global executives with media training support and preparation for public presentations.• Supported high-profile clients such as a 2020 US Presidential candidate to manage and execute integrated project work that included an event at the National Press Club in Washington D.C., a Tier 1 media tour “on background” including the Washington Post and Politico (live streaming on NowThis), and a communications audit across three organizations.• Lead digital communications services offerings for the agency by doing an annual review of the latest digital communications technology and tools – including setting up the agency as a HubSpot Inbound Marketing Partner to help clients develop customer audience journeys, lead generation and lead nurturing programs – including one digital marketing program that attracted over 500 new leads with a new website, blog, and collateral for one of the country's largest utility-scale wind energy developers.• Established Inbound Marketing practices for the firm including qualifying leads, writing blogs, managing the website, writing e-books, supporting executive thought leadership, lead generation with email marketing and nurturing as well as pitching new business.
