For over 25 years, I have worked with Nonprofit and Government organizations throughout the United States as a consultant, partner and leader at Wipfli as well as a member of my community in Madison, WI. In May 2022, I retired from Wipfli where I led and developed Wipfli's Nonprofit and Government practice to substantial growth and expanding services across the United States. My team of auditors and consultants grew to nearly 200 professionals creating and developing growth opportunities built around our clients’ needs and strategies helping our clients see and achieve what’s possible. Having led my own succession at Wipfli, I provide advice and counsel to Nonprofit leaders on a limited basis. I am especially interested in young leaders developing their leadership qualities, seasoned leaders looking to prepare for their succession, and organizations looking to enhance their strategic thinking and direction.At Wipfli, I was also elected to Wipfli's Board of Directors and served as Vice-Chair of the Firm and as a Member of the Board (as Vice-Chair, I was proud to have led the succession team recommending our current Managing Partner). Prior to Wipfli, my experience includes working as a consultant and manager with Arthur Andersen (Andersen Consulting) and working as a Manager at McDermott, Will and Emery helping to lead their internal technology. Personally, I enjoy coaching leaders in developing their leadership skills.My Nonprofit board experience includes serving on the Board of Boys and Girls Club of Dane County as President, Treasurer and member; Serving on the Workforce Advisory Board for the Boys and Girls Club; Serving on the Epilepsy Foundation of Wisconsin Board; Serving on the Board of Temple Beth El (Madison, WI) as President, Vice-President and Member; and Serving on the Board of the Jewish Federation of Madison as a member.My other passion is photography where I create images of landscapes, portraits, events, and street scenes to feed my creative juices.
