Steve also leads Ironside’s delivery team to ensure we provide quality services to our customers, and he works to promote individual growth and innovation among our employees. Steve has over 25 years of consulting experience within information management, Business Intelligence, and business process improvement. His experience is focused on full life cycle of Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing and ERP implementations. The range of projects and solutions Steve has helped deliver include consumer products, retail and wholesale, manufacturing/distribution, media and entertainment, banking, insurance, supply chain, life sciences, and many others. He has managed IBM business partners service organizations, helping to grow and improve delivery with an emphasis on project management and project methodology.

Responsible for the full life cycle of Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse and JD Edwards ERP implementations. Duties include extensive project management, senior consulting and problem solving. Design and implement custom software and integration of multiple vendor solutions. Responsible for budget versus actual reporting.Presales activities including review with prospective client to understand requirements and objectives then prepare and demonstrate proposed solution.Design and implemented Business Intelligence solutions using the Cognos Suite of products practical knowledge of score-carding, packaged applications and ETL.

Project Manager / Manager of Systems and SupportResponsible for the management of technical consulting services for AS/400 clients in Distribution industries. Duties include extensive project management for both services and support of Large Account.Technical Responsibilities:Propose solutions to meet business requirements of customers. Design and prepare presentation of proposals. Upon approval of proposals, responsible for full life cycle of project and implementation. Support, maintenance, enhancements and integration of all ERP and add-on systems.Design and implementation of BI solutions using relational Reporting and OLAP products. Performed analysis for systems integration and conversions.Managerial Responsibilities:Manage project teams and schedule/track all activity for clients’ projects. Monitor time management of technical and programming staff including budget versus actual time spent. Review, amend and approve consultant’s estimates and specifications.Sales Support/Consulting Responsibilities:Review prospective client’s requirements and demonstrate proposed solution.
