Duties are included but not limited to• Prepares Variation Orders, Addition and Omission with Abstract Sheet, Highlighted drawings, Take-off sheets, Rate built-up for the new items, Discuss/Agree with Consultant, Negotiate Settlement Values and Agreement on Final Account.• Handling all related Projects Payment Tasks, Prepares Monthly Interim Payment Application based on the executed work, Site visit to monitor and keep track record of progress, Preparation of Material on Site List, Responsible for Quantity Verification, Negotiate with the Consultant and Agreement on Final Value.• Ensuring the terms of the contract are followed and managing supplemental agreements, Review Subcontractors Quotations, allocate works to Sub Contractors Review/Certifying Sub-Contractor/ Supplier Payments, Maintain of Subcontractor’s log, Drafting Letter to Sub-contractor related to commercial and technical issues, Review/ Approve on Subcontractors Variation Orders and Final Account.• Relevant Assignment deemed necessary and related tasks assigned by the Management, Implementing Commercial/Contractual matters within a multi-disciplinary team, Help Establish the Client’s Requirements.
