Working to facilitate digital transformation for NA customer support. Role includes evaluating new technologies, coordinating implementation across different digital products, assisting in implementation. Work with clients building and engineering software solutions. Worked at IEHP to implement an updated Web API for providers and members. Built API endpoints for Medical Claims. Created integration tools to migrate data from legacy systems and third party applications. Assisted in building service for EDI x837 and x834 processing. Designed and deployed SQL Database for maintaining claims record for consumer facing services.Valassis: Used Angular and C# to develop chat bots using NLP and Azure and AWS that integrated with various channels (Facebook, Webchat, SMS). Worked on database optimization and custom bot management portal to provide clients better tools to design and monitor bots.Experian: As part of the ECS team, worked on front end solutions for experian consumer services (credit/identity monitoring). Implemented design for updated reactive footer and header elements as well as built a new unified alert center. Study computer science. Expected graduation 2016. Languages I've worked with include Java, C++, and C#. I've also attended 2 different hackathons and worked on implementation of a web application using amazon web services, as well as developing a game using the Unity platform. As part of my android development class, I published an app to the Google Play store that helps climbers find routes to climb, using a local companies Geo-Services API.I've taken elective courses in Android Development, Software Engineering, and Object Oriented Design.

Processing new trust accounts: This involved researching what assets may be part of a trust or probate trust, in coordination with our real estate division. When assets were discovered, I would act to marshal the assets.Processing transactions related to trust accounts: Using DTCC and Bank of New York interfaces to process and settle trades and transfers and reconcile them with internal accounting measures, processing database reports to find discrepancies. Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance. Under direction of the director of operations, I ensured new accounts met the rules of compliance and best practices of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and that activity in existing accounts was not suspicious. If suspicious activity was discovered, I researched it to ensure it was not related to money laundering.Asset research: In gather assets for accounts, I would research the assets to add them to the internal database if they were not there. This would include research of past corporate actions to determine if old stock certificates(for example) had current worth. Additionally, if assets such as old bonds were found during the probate process, I would recover escheated assets from the state.Disaster Recovery : Was the operations representative on a team tasked with creating an updated disaster recovery plan for the trust division. Working to create a plan that conformed with OCC best practices, we implemented various plans for fires, earthquakes and other disasters in order to maintain or return to full operational capacity as soon as possible after a disaster.Process Reengineering: Was project manager of the attempt to implement new account opening processes in order to shorten the amount of time from the acceptance of a new trust account to the full funding of the account. This involved re-writing policies and procedures and ensuring that team members met the appropriate deadlines. The process was shortened from 90 to 30 days.

Worked in a small operations team to meet compliance requirements of local and regional independent broker-dealers. Duties included, opening and closing accounts, dispersing funds, making trades under the guidance of a licensed member of the team. Additionally, I served as an assistant to the Information Technology manager, helping to maintain databases related to e-mail and client communications.
