• Managing pool of suppliers/ vendors & Buyers, handling communication at both ends, ensuring fulfillment of both parties’ requirements.• Dealing and communicating with buyers & suppliers of different products worldwide on daily basis through E-mails, physical meetings, audio calls, video conferences and other communication channels.• Bringing business leads for my client from different companies all around the world, nurturing the leads through negotiation and finalizing orders.• Processing Samples and export orders for my client with companies all around the world.• Managing Email Marketing Campaigns, targeting campaigns to the specific segments using different filters on buyers & suppliers worldwide.• Managing SEO and SEM team work/ performance on my account.• Expert searching of targeted buyers/ companies/ customers through social media (Linkedin and Facebook) and advanced searching on Google through commands.• Handling Social Media Presence of my client’s company.

- Setup Appointments with Employees of Entrust and Management of Entrust.- Setup Appointments with Government representatives of Alberta, Canada.- Arrange meeting between Entrust Administration staff and Community Support Staff members.- Preparing Training Schedules between home staff with Adam Withers.- Cross checking the staff schedules shifts and vacations request and need to make sure for conflict. and arranging another relief base staff during vacations of employees.- Weekly Reporting To CEO & Daily Reporting to Program Managers.- Assisting Program Managers for their Administration and Data Entry Task
