Built "Prosper" a Web application on the Windows .Net platform using the latest technical advances in Web technologies. The application is based on a field proven 10-year old UNIX software system that I built in Italy from 1991 to 1997; it is running in various locations like Philips Automation in Italy, RED in Lebanon and SUMUO in KSA... The system manages any project-based company by tracking freeform project Documents (like estimates, offers, contracts, orders, invoices, shipments, work progress, submittals, payments, stock, etc.) and extracting essential/significant information to be stored in the organization database. A rich set of reports with various levels of details are presented to all project and company managers and concerned parties to help them track the project/company progress in a simple and timely manner. Now Prosper is actively managing project-based companies in Europe, the Arabian Gulf, and the Middle East.Now in the "Mobile First Era" I'm redesigning Prosper to perfectly run on any mobile device, from iPhone, to iPad, to Android. Supported a Team of Architects using HOK Draw package running on DEC Workstations VAX/VMS Systems, to generate Automatic Bills Of Materials, Bills Of Quantities, and Marble Cutting Lists by querying an Ingres Database and analyzing the drawings.
