As the Managing Director - India at Silicon Stack Pty Ltd, I oversee the business development and delivery of multiple global locations and lead a geographically distributed team of over 200 professionals across three countries. I have more than 22 years of global experience spanning project management, delivery, technology strategy and scale-up, operational excellence, people leadership, talent management, and retention.I joined Silicon Stack in 2019 as the General Manager - Head of India Operations and successfully established and expanded its presence and capabilities in the Indian market. Previously, I worked at John Deere for over 10 years, where I spearheaded the efforts of setting up the mobile practice area for the Intelligent Solutions Group, in alignment with the global strategy and competency development. I also managed multiple mobile and IoT projects, responsible for end-to-end execution of the entire project life cycle, stakeholder, vendor, and team management. I am a certified Oracle and Microsoft professional, and a Masters Diploma holder in Information Technology.
