I am a third-year journalism student at the University of Texas at Austin’s Moody College of Communication. With this major, I hope to write for a fashion or lifestyle publication or work in social media marketing post-graduation. I am a writer for Hook’d Magazine, a campus fashion organization that publishes a print magazine and numerous online articles each semester. Through Hook’d, I have established a print and digital writing portfolio and participated in various modeling opportunities. Additionally, I am a social media general staffer for the Daily Texan, UT Austin's student news publication. At the Texan, I promote articles on social media through Twitter and Facebook posts. I also participate in Instagram reels and interview students about current events. I am interested in seeking internship opportunities to hone my writing skills and connect with others interested in journalism and social media.
