A first generation college graduate and a professional with 12 years of retail sales experience that has devoted his life to Science and Engineering. Over my time in retail sales, I have developed the ability to deliver excellent client experiences and outcomes, have learned to work on diverse teams to meet and exceed forecasted sales goals, client experience goals and reduce waste year over year with strict logistic, ordering, donation and other loss prevention techniques. I mentored and trained over 70 team members across 6 job roles to meet and exceed company and client expectations, leading to 10 promotions. Retail has provided me with the ability to work with people from all walks of life and serve people of different backgrounds and gave me the opportunity to go to school and transition into a field where my passions really are.In my mechanical engineering education, I became proficient in solidworks, matlab, Ansys, labview, Altair Inspire, additive manufacturing, control systems analysis, dynamic systems analysis, technical report writing, thermodynamics research, composite material manufacturing and analysis, and hands on experience on several engineering projects, including partnering with Bell Helicopter for my senior design project.
