During 2008-2009, the SEC enforced additional reporting requirements as a result of new accounting regulation [FASB 157/161]. I coordinated with >40 business units around the world and consolidated >20,000 derivative trades in order to satisfy the new regulatory requirements. I served as project manager for the implementation of FASB 161, coordinating with resources around a complex matrix organization and managing a team of consultants to deliver the required results. I have also had the privilege of attending leadership training at the John F. Welch Leadership Center at Crotonville.
