👋🏽 Hi my name is Sara Cisneros. Nickname: Sasi (they/she). 🌉 Born and Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area with a passion for transforming data and research into stronger communities together with them. Designed research instruments utilizing Qualtrics and implemented data collection for measuring different impacts and needs across 3 organizations for 300+ community members. Analyzed and presented qualitative data with Dedoose and quantitative data with Excel to gain funding and change policies designed for and by communities. Gained thousands of dollars in grant funding to implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to curriculum at UC Davis by taking data to implement and inform curriculum development and implementation. Presented, educated, and counseled thousands of community members, students, and experts about Health related topics, from sexual and reproductive health to Harm Reduction to infectious diseases, backed completely by current data and research. 💭My dream is to do community led work informed by data and research that fundamentally transforms the health of minoritized communities. 🎲Avid table top board gamer, RPGer, and casual video gamer. Collaborative and collective story telling games are my favorite, where you could find me battling alongside my friends as a half elf bard or plotting the next big villain my family will face-off.
