Served as a business analyst in IBM Interactive supporting the Events Team responsible for the website and mobile applications of eight IBM sponsored events. •Managed project financials and recovery schedules, focusing on financial forecasting to ensure projects remained on budget for each quarter. •Discovered a significant error in the current financial recovery process which was resulting in an overstatement of costs and implemented a more efficient method to ensure accurate reporting moving forward.•Coordinated multi-platform testing between IBM, the client and a third party and managed a testing team of six to support testing efforts during the 2012 Masters Golf Tournament.•Led testing of the performance of live video on the mobile applications during the 2012 US Open Golf Tournament.•Led an analytics initiative onsite during the 2011 US Open Tennis Tournament and provided real time support to the client on analytics dashboards.•Managed a live video initiative in which key moments of the event were tagged in real-time to the video console to be viewed by the customer.
