With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am Quality Assurance Manager at Jamjoom Pharma, a leading manufacturer in the Middle East and Africa. I have a strong expertise in quality assurance, quality control, and quality management systems, as well as a proficiency in SAP Quality Module, which enables me to optimize and streamline the quality processes and workflows.In my current role, I lead and manage strategic projects, such as new site development, contract manufacturing, and site acquisitions, from a quality perspective. I oversee the validation team, ensuring that the site and its manufacturing processes are in a validated state. I also ensure regulatory compliance in over 30 export markets, reviewing and negotiating Quality Agreements with third-party vendors, spearheading the mono source exit and vendor qualification programs, and managing material and product non-conformances. Through my leadership and problem-solving abilities, I collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement and eliminate quality issues.
