Initiated an agile scrum framework with this team to foster the team to self-organize and respond to changes quickly.• Project managed the initial implementation of a big data environment for the division. Achieved the delivery timeframe for implementing the hardware and establishing the base Hadoop software environment, along with big data tools. ->The result of this project responded to changes quickly utilizing this new analytical framework to understand customer viewing trends.

• Telecommunications and financial warehouse that combined four (4) operational data sources into a single business intelligence warehouse.->Was responsible for the project and all deliverable artifacts. The project budget was in excess of $4.9 million.Senior Project Manager, Testing Practice Lead – Comcast National Data Warehouse Implementation• Effectively managed the project budget, project team, managed project P&L, developed/maintained project action items, project issues, risk mitigation plan, on-going revision, monitoring, and updates to project plan, weekly team status reports, identified, documented, and escalated project scope changes. ->The final project came in $75 thousand under budget by employing an agile project framework.
