Global Language Program Manager For Strategic Accounts
CurrentI am involved in cross-account tasks and initiatives that are focused on language quality management and monitoring, addressing gaps in the current processes, defining new processes, looking for improvements and efficiencies and aligning approach across the accounts, focusing on the Strategic ones.Main Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure clients receive superior standard of program management and customer service at all timesDeliver all projects, requests and tasks on time and within budget in accordance with client requirementsMonitor on-time deliveries and ensure successful completion of tasksBudget monitoring – monitor time allocation, time spent, logged time etc.Create and maintain quality frameworks as per the client’s needsInitiate process improvements, develop quality programs furtherMonitor quality programs, linguists’ performance, identify where correction is needed and follow up accordinglyEnsure consistency across accounts and programs, suggest and share best practicesProvide support and advice to Language Program Managers across accounts, drive improvements and find ways to increase efficienciesProvide support and partnership to the counterparts on the client’s sideInteract, communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders - regular meetings, sync-up calls, status updates etc.Work with the various stakeholders on quality improvement initiativesProvision of business intelligence, quality & productivity metrics customized to the client’s needsRun project kick-offs and post-project analysis initiativesParticipate in RFPs and similar activities for prospects, new clients and new business opportunities for existing clients in relation to language quality management services
