Fuel Optimization for a large Tanker shipping commercial organization that possesses a diverse fleet of Tanker vessels. Profile includes performance optimization of all Maersk Tanker Vessels, Pool partner vessels and all Maersk Tankers TC vessels. Constantly updating and monitoring the financial and CO2 savings effected by the various fuel optimization projects.Working closely with Fuel Opt Engineers, Naval architects on monitoring and quantifying Projects related to Fuel Consumption reduction across the fleet including but not limited to Cylinder Oil Consumption reduction initiatives, Base Load reduction, Draft Optimization, Port consumption reduction.Working as process owner for overall Tanker fleets underwater services related to hull & propeller performance measurement, maintenance and mainly responsible for establishing strategic plan with Maersk Tankers commercial and technical management for improving savings through fuel efficiency generated from hull cleanings and propeller polishes which also includes vendor management, cost optimization, risk assessment, contract management and engagement of operational resources.

Develop, facilitate, drive and visualize the performance measurements for Maersk Tankers Technical Operations (MTTO).As part of a Performance Management team would require to drive performance in MTTO, by managing, maintaining and further develop KPIs and Balanced Scorecards for a fleet of approximately 130 technically managed vessels and a shore organization of 200 employees. Broaden the scope of performance management to develop the same for vessels in Maersk Tankers Pools and vessels on Time Charter.Work closely with MTTO management and provide and advise on with decision base material, presentations, benchmarks and analyses for cost optimization. In addition to that will be responsible for communicating monthly performance update on Maersk Tankers Sustainability Action plan as well as monthly performance reports and interact with stakeholders in all aspects of the business, both onshore and on-board Maersk Tankers vessels. Also work as a key player in delivering/communicating results that is used by Maersk Tankers management when they are displaying the performance of the fleet.
