Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and deadlines.Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, events, and other important information.Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.Assist with bookkeeping, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation. Conduct research, compile data, and create reports to support decision-making processes.Maintain files and documents, both physical and digital.Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by management.
