Current== Managerial responsibilities ==• Maintain cost sheet and t&m report.• Manage team size of 5 (mostly IT analysts and associate consultant)• Perform appraisal and mentoring.• Part of project revenue discussion.• Part of project management and implementation== Technical ==Work on a Utility/Retail project as Senior UNIX administrator and team lead, having responsibilities for all types of Linux maintenance as per customer/project requirement, handle multiple new feature/automation request from customer and lead the team to deliver it.• Interact with customer on day to day activities and new project initiatives.• Writing technical documents and managing Unix-Storage& Backup team.• Periodic patch management on RHEL environment.• Configuration of production servers, Fail-over servers, DR servers and Backup servers on Red-Hat Linux.• Worked on automation scripts using linux and ansible.• Identifying and resolving security vulnerabilities.• Supporting users as per project requirement.• Configuring and maintaining of cluster service as per the project requirements in RHEL• Supporting users as per project requirement.• Troubleshooting network protocols such as DNS,SMTP and maintaining and transforming the existing architecture.• Have started working on devops implementation in current project on docker front• Basic docker administration• Experience in OS upgrade/migration (parallel/in-place)• Currently working on migrating 100+ virtual servers from Centos to RHEL• Setting up ansible environment in our current project.• Management of satellite & Foreman server and configure satellite clients and patch management.
