-Develop an Agile Practice to define, deploy, evaluate, and support common agile standards and best practices, processes, tools and process/performance metrics-Lead organizational re-design and team workshops that align cross functional teams into internal product teams for end to end value delivery-Develop strategies for gaining buy-in from transformational stakeholders such as key leads from the business and IT-Serves as the SME on Agile methodologies and inspires team members to use a inspect and adapt Agile Scrum approach for developing quality software-Coach teams on methodology and practice ecosystems and influence leadership on the culture change required to shift from a traditional waterfall methodology to an Agile/Scrum methodology and mindset-Provides feedback to management at all levels regarding the progress of Agile transformations within their teams and mentor management on how to coach their teams with an Agile leader mindset-Deliver hands-on coaching of individual teams in all aspects of scrum and kanban - daily standups, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, etc-Expose technology teams to the latest innovative thinking and ideas from the Agile community to increase agility, leveraging lean, scrum, kanban, and other agile thinking-Lead projects directly related to the rollout and organization of the Agile Practice as well as other key project initiatives
