Client Project Manager
Current• End-to-end project delivery management from project kick-off till project closure• Driving projects through Project initiation, monitoring and control, Risk and Issue management• Provide on-the-ground support to the Sr. Project Manager to help execute the planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running the portfolio of programs• Ensure consistent implementation of common PMO standards, reporting, and closure process • Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery • Ability to create small to medium projects using MS Project• General understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions• Effectively worked on internal audit validation to confirm a common understanding of the artifacts and deliverables• Manage cross-functional teams from Customer Organizations, 3rd Parties/Vendors
