In 2005, I embarked on my journey as an autonomous consultant after obtaining the "coveted" Chartered Accountant status in India. Although challenging, the experience was instrumental in shaping my career and honing my skills and expertise. Throughout the years, I gained a deep understanding of the importance of work, time, and money, which have been invaluable to me.In 2007, I received a remarkable opportunity to join an integrated building material manufacturing and supply chain company in Dubai. Leading a bootstrapped manufacturing start-up, I gained priceless experience in diverse areas such as sales, manufacturing operations, designing go-to-market strategies, and working capital management. This experience has made me a seasoned professional, capable of executing complex tasks and achieving ambitious targets.After six years with the organization, I decided to explore new horizons in the healthcare sector. Although I started as the Finance lead for Radiometer Medical, I soon realized my true passion lay in sales. I made a successful transition to the sales team and quickly progressed to higher ranks.As the Country Manager for India and its neighboring markets, I faced several challenges that could have affected the business momentum. However, with my team of associates and distributors and the guidance of my Manager and Executive Coach, we set ambitious targets and achieved three out of four goals by 2023.My journey has been both gratifying and illuminating. Now I am helping a legacy company in acutecare medical devices restructure their GTM and accelerate growth in recurring revenue streams by strategic intervention.
