I am the Foreclosure Manager, and serve as an Officer for Fifth Third Bank's Consumer Lending Division, which consists of a portfolio of over 10,000 loans with nearly $1.5 billion in exposure. The portfolio consists primarily of residential first mortgages and includes Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA/VA and private investors. The Foreclosure department service the delinquent loans of the 19-affiliate network, Investors and Bancorp through the legal process. In my present role, I oversee 30 employees who manage the process from Foreclosure Referral to Sale. My team and I are responsible for all servicing activity from mortgage acceleration to providing clear and marketable title post foreclosure sale, including managing foreclosure time lines, designated and bank appointed counsel, expenses, litigated and other adverse matters.

Created trending report for Bankrutpcy deaprtment and referral deaprtment to monitor volumes and provide quality control around risk factors. These controls are still used today to monitor risk factors and ensure adherence to all investor guidelines.My Default Referral Department is responsible for servicing activities from mortgage accereration to iniating the foreclsoure referrals. As well as providing servicing to the bankruptcy department on ECF filings.
