When I'm not working for "the man", I take passion in freelance animation. Products use: Toon Boom Studio and Adobe Photoshop. I also fancy myself as an amateur filmmaker, using iMovie and Final Cut Pro for my editing.

Interacted with regular clientele to cater individual guest customer service and help promote repeat business. Part-time key manager, which responsibilities included running the floor in place of manager. Managed up to 10 individuals on the floor at a single time. Responsibilities also included running the door to provide smooth flow of traffic in the establishment as well as counting inventory. At Marlow's, it was a mandate to have a great personality and complete the steps of service.

Worked up to 13 hours standing and waiting tables. As this was my first serving job in this type of industry, I quickly caught on fast and became scheduled closing shifts and soon a certified trainer. As a certified trainer, I was authorized to train incoming servers on the steps of service with their tables and how to upsell and suggestive sell. As Taco Mac is known for the expansive of craft beer, I quickly became knowledgeable on varied types of beer, suitable to the customer's pallet.

Worked as a production assistant (P.A.) in the set decoration team on the film, "Thank You For Your Service", starring actor Miles Teller. Responsibilities included organizing and then digitizing pictures and documents relating to set pieces. As continuity for film productions is extremely critical, I made sure to keep that in forefront of priority. Worked closely with supervisors and changed course of action if need be. Was able to meet tight time deadlines.

Interacted with a large array of people and handled their every need. As I was a film student at GSU, I utilized knowledge on a vast plethora of movies to relate and engage with customers to find the perfect movie for their preference. As a senior cast member, I was tasked with delegating duties to my coworkers and making sure they were completed in timely fashion. Responsibilities included handling cash transactions at the box office and upselling at the concession stand.

Assisted walk-in students and parents of students with their inquiries regarding supplies and textbooks. I efficiently followed a chain of order command with my supervisors and was able to meet time deadlines and reach sale quotas. When Georgia State played football games at the Georgia Dome, I would work at the events with a team selling paraphernalia and concessions. Entrusted to handle cash transactions.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area

Took phone calls from clients and retailers and relayed messages to supervisors. Filed and organized papers in corresponding folders. Worked closely with a team that I could count on and vice versa. As this was my first job and it was in the health care industry, I had to be quick on my feet with my knowledge retention. As this was a full-time job, I left to attend University of North Carolina as a full-time student.
