National

Conducted 2 Certifed Crane Operator Training events annually. - Performed all duties as Test Site Coordinator for both the Written and Practical Exams.- Submitted required documents to NCCCO for each test administration.- Communicated details of the event, collected candidate applications and completed all test site set up requirements.- Conducted 225 Practical Exams during the last 5 years.

East Division

At the high point I was visiting 48 Branch locations in the East Division every three months. I assisted each Branch in the areas of safety and training Specifically I;- Conducted Branch safety inspections to identify hazards and to ensure Company and OSHA compliance.- Conducted DOT inspections on the truck fleet and OSHA inspection on the mobile equipment.- Conducted Safety Meetings and Huddles.- Conducted Forklift Operator and CDL Driver Training, Fall Protection Competent Person Training, General Fall Protection Training, Defensive Driver Training and Driver Orientation.- Conducted internal SAR, DOT and OSHA Audits - Conducted Random Job Site Inspections.- Provided Safety Presentations during numerous Regional Manager meetings.
