Temporary lab technician in the ISO accredited Cellar Laboratory at Columbia Crest Winery in Patterson Washington.

Independently responsible for routine upkeep of park grounds and minor construction projects. As apart of a team, was tasked with turn-over of vacant units and maintenance of tenant homes. Important aspects of this job include multitasking, prioritizing multiple concurrent jobs, the need to maintain strong relations with the tenants, and to be able to adapt quickly when necessary but learning and applying new skills. I was able to aid in the reduction of maintenance time spent on unit turnovers by picking up skills in carpeting, tiling, plumbing, and other necessary home maintenance work.
