a) Train all new employees on basic financial concepts, policies and procedures, tool and product. b) Prepare the training material to be used globally for training new batches of employees. c) Train and familiarize the existing team on new policies and procedures, these include new accounting changes like FAS 123 and IFRS.d) Work on updating the training material periodically and ensuring all the documentation is up to date with the latest information.e) Conduct a training week on a quarterly basis which involved reiterating difficult subjects in a fun and involved manner.f) Conduct training sessions on SIEBEL and the process to be followed while responding to a client’s query. Provide best practices and ensure that the process is followed. g) Facilitate a part of the training programme for new Team Leaders in the organization (across departments) as part of the ‘Team Leader Induction Course’.
