Managing customer relationships and administration of claims as per legislative guidance. Assess, analyse and evaluate information to form a coherent claims strategy to achieve reasonable outcomes for internal and external customers.

Provide comprehensive and timely service for our clients to understand their investment requirements and supplying information relating to funds’ portfolios, prices, dealing procedures and markets. Executing buy/ sell orders on behalf of the clients and helping them to coordinate transactions, facilitating data or reporting requests, etc. Facilitate trade settlement by notifying custodians and helping to resolve any settlement issues. Act as liaison between executing broker-dealer and custodian bank. Ensuring that trades are aggregated from Investor level to nominee and subsequently placed with the Investment Manager or Stockbroker as necessary. Responsible for maintaining data integrity for the portfolio management team. Liaising with local offices, corporate clients, and banks. Developing internal and external networks for new businesses. Assist in month-end statements/ custom reports.
