Shared a process that involved serialization, returning the result to the pipeline, and writing it to a YAML file, which would become the payload for an EV2 deployment. This work streamlined the service health-centric ecosystem with this service, allowing other teams to become compliant with policies via a simple pipeline.• Created a C# ASP.Net RESTful API as the sole developer and deployed it using Helm charts via an Azure DevOps pipeline into a Kubernetes cluster. Created the API to evaluate and report the health state of multiple resources. Provided this critical component to enforce the metrics-driven ecosystem, supporting production rollouts, monitoring, SLO / SLI health trees, and incident hydration for quick TTM turnarounds.• Devised a C# class definition for the cross-functional teams’ synthetic testing infrastructures as the sole developer. Crafted these tests to share crucial outside-in signals, providing unauthenticated or authenticated synthetic flows, which vastly enriched the service health definitions and actively tested the many layers of the system in place that requests went through. Greatly improved the TTM metrics for active incidents with these offered insights into global endpoint availability, reliability, latency, traffic routing behavior, and custom logs. Wrote the code in a loosely coupled, highly expandable fashion, using the modern Open Telemetry protocol, which led to incredibly detailed monitoring dashboards that proved invaluable. • Performed many expected tasks such as SSO onboarding of third-party companies, SDL and GDPR compliance, scripting, database modifications, and documentation.
