I am a senior solicitor specialising in commercial disputes and am based in Foot Anstey's Southampton office. I work with a variety of clients to resolve complex contractual disputes, helping in-house legal counsel, business owners and senior employees identify and then achieve their strategic goals using the dispute resolution process. I advise clients on the challenges they face whether looking to enforce their legal rights or protect their position finding practical solutions that meet each client's individual needs. I pride myself on combining an analytical approach with an ability to understand commercial drivers. Clients find me attentive and approachable. I work on a broad range of disputes, often getting involved at an early stage. Sometimes my work involves proceedings in the High Court and Court of Appeal but I also utilise a range of alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate to settle disputes outside of the court process which is less time consuming and more cost-effective for clients. My work varies from long-running cases involving complex facts and legal arguments to urgent without notice applications for injunctions. I also provide guidance on day to day commercial dispute queries.
