Advised the Wing Commander on diversity demographics to help the unit mirror the local community.State Human Resource Advisor 2009-2011 - Advises the Commander Arizona Air National Guard on mentoring, diversity, force management, force development, and other issues affecting the men and women of the Arizona Air National Guard.

Served as primary focal point responsible for 13 States/Territories consisting of 30 units. Worked closely with Wing and State leadership to ensure their diversity and mentoring plans were in-place, quarterly reports were submitted, and assist them with their needs.

Managed emergency management incident planning for all contingencies both peacetime and wartime. Developed and managed incident command response checklists for on-site incident command and Command Post Incident Command Centers. Managed the incident command centers to ensure coordinated communications and leadership is accomplishing required actions.Managed training and equipment departments to ensure first responders and incident leadership were proficient.
