Typical facility design budgets range from $50,000 to $1 million in scale for commercial projects. Marianne Smith Interiors strives for design continuity throughout the project while remaining under budget with early completion. Marianne Smith Interiors also provides an exclusive real estate staging service.Crue Smith Productions provides an artistic and exciting twist on writing and directing.Aperturance offers a discrete and comprehensive asset inventory service for commercial and high net worth individuals. Aperturance creates a detailed digital image asset report for appraisal, insurance and asset management purposes. Aperturance has franchise opportunities in select geographic locations.

Responsible for the complete project design of new and refurbished upscale retirement facilities. Each facility carried a design budget ranging from $250,000 to $400,000. Achieved all design objectives by providing continuity throughout each facility while remaining under budget with early completion. Areas of authority include budget and completion deadlines, finishes and final schedules, facility space planning, technical installation manuals, professional presentation materials and executive group presentations.

Developed presentation materials and furniture specifications portfolios for the various Fairfield Resort properties. Also, provided space planning for several new resort developments.
