Roles and Responsibilities as Onboarding Manager:- Provide best-in-class service during the member’s first 90 days to increase member engagement, membership utilization and proactively mitigate churn.-Achieve onboarding and engagement goals on a quarterly basis- Host onboarding conversations via phone, email and Zoom- Report on onboarding metrics, actionable trends and areas of opportunity to drive member experience improvements- Work cross-functionally with other teams and stakeholders on projects designed to enable and improve the onboarding experience through optimized, cross-functional operating procedures- Identify/share member insights to shape the direction of Chief member offerings and support member value realization As an Onboarding Manager, I am responsible for Chief members at pivotal points in their journey, especially as they begin their membership. Onboarding Managers have a deep understanding of Chief service offerings and serve as the “Chief expert” in addressing member needs when they initially join and during other key moments such as their annual renewal or when acclimating to new services.I help Chief members maximize their experience by delivering high-quality, tailored training, guidance, and tactical support to set members up for success. This is a strategic role that sits under the Member Experience org and is responsible for achieving quarterly KPIs, as well as testing, collecting, and actioning on member feedback to improve the member experience as well as internal processes. -
