I particularly enjoyed the opportunities that the digital age opened up for organisations both big and small to communicate more widely and effectively and helping them to make good decisions about using communications channels they were not familiar with.We built dozens of websites, but also helped our clients to develop other ways of building customer loyalty using digital means such as e-marketing, social media, and sticky content.
