• I held a number of senior roles and gained experience managing people and projects. Highlights include;
• managing a multi-million pound national business re-organisation project, including the challenging experience of making 1000 people redundant
• being the youngest ever Customer Relations Manager during a time of massive change and developing the critical relationship with its Ombudsman
• devising and implementing strategy for dealing with the opening up of energy markets to competition
• running a 300 seat call centre, with a hierarchical management structure in a very demanding environment

I've always been creative and play a number of instruments as well as enjoying singing and song-writing. After leaving school I was fortunate to spend a number of years pursuing this career, touring and recording and thoroughly enjoying myself. Like a lot of musicians I achieved a certain level of success, but never really broke through into the big time.
