I like to keep things simple, so I have two main goals for my clients: (1) train, coach, and motivate my clients to meet their individual health & fitness goals; (2) create and instill healthy, meaningful, and enjoyable habits that will resonate with my clients for the rest of their lives. Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist, I have a rock solid educational foundation to help my clients meet their individual goals – that’s the knowledge piece. In the past 3 years, I’ve trained clients in multiple environments: corporate chain gyms, client homes, outdoors, and in groups – that’s the experience piece. But, I don’t just know theory and apply it to my clients; in my personal life, I walk the walk. From playing sports to lifting weights, running a half-marathon to eating a proper diet, health & fitness has been an integral part of my life for more than 15 years – that’s the understanding piece. I offer one-on-one personal training sessions with an Individualized Program Design covering every essential area of health & fitness to meet YOUR personal goals. I also offer Group Boot Camp classes held multiple times per week.
