Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist, I have a rock solid educational foundation to help my clients meet their individual goals – that’s the knowledge piece. In the past 3 years, I’ve trained clients in multiple environments: corporate chain gyms, client homes, outdoors, and in groups – that’s the experience piece. But, I don’t just know theory and apply it to my clients; in my personal life, I walk the walk. From playing sports to lifting weights, running a half-marathon to eating a proper diet, health & fitness has been an integral part of my life for more than 15 years – that’s the understanding piece. I offer one-on-one personal training sessions with an Individualized Program Design covering every essential area of health & fitness to meet YOUR personal goals. I also offer Group Boot Camp classes held multiple times per week. Facilitates integrated delivery of financial services and products, including customized lending, cash management, investment management, etc. by referring customers to the appropriate organization within the Holding Company. Manages the selection, placement, performance, development, promotion and termination of store associates. Ensures operational efficiency, quality standards, and sales goals are met. Responsible for all aspects of store security in accordance with Umpqua Bank’s security policy. Manages a medium-sized, moderately complex store with deposits in excess of $40MM. Concentrates approximately 10% of time managing a book of business for high end, high volume customers. Established and developed a lasting relationship between Umpqua and the Sacramento Habitat for Humanity for various volunteer activities. Active Member of the Rancho Cordova Chamber of Commerce and the Arden/Arcade Chamber of Commerce.
