SALES MANAGER – U65 HEALTH SALESSales Manager supporting nationwide sales force comprised of 1099 and W2 Under 65 Health sales agents. Utilize call reviews, shadow sessions, live coaching sessions with agents to promote agent’s sales performance and success. Responsible for creation and updating of sales training content, including interactive self-education module training utilizing the iSpring and PowerPoint software suites. Responsible for providing all training sessions for all incoming health sales agents within the Health Sales vertical.
