Current- Lead a team of 10 Customer Support Consultants focused on delivering a great client experience. - My focus is on employee development and driving sustained engagement in order to achieve our clients goals. - Facilitate a partnership with my team through regular 1:1 and team meetings, healthy debate, and ownership.- Partner with Content to ensure our departments work cohesively and efficiently when our clients encounter course issues. - Building a documentation knowledge bank to ensure alignment between our management team and to create a consistent onboarding experience for new managers.
